Day 4
Well, this is day 4 of the Prague trip. I must say it was fun. We didn´t have to be anywhere until 3 today so we had more time to tour the city than yesterday. I did some shopping... boy it was an experience to try to communicate with people in the market place-especially when they know only a few words in english... but i survived...somehow.
Today´s classes went great. I got to talk with two different groups of students and I had some great conversations with them (you should hear what they do at easter). The night session was even better because I got to talk about Christ with some students. One interesting thing to note is that they are not truly atheistic, they tend to be more agnostic but they call it atheism because they generally believe in no ¨god¨ but they do think there is something. My english is going fast. We have been talking in easier and slower english so that they can understand us. I have talked so much that my jaw is beginning to hurt, but it is just one sacrifice I have to make in the name of God and for the price- I will not argue.
Well, I can´t tell you everything otherwise there would be nothing for me to talk about when I get home, but keep the people I have talked to in you prayers. I hope yall are havin fun there in the States!

Chris,
Pleassse no chocolate for me...! ha! :-)
Remember in Acts 17:16-34 when Paul spoke to the people concerning the unknown God they worshiped? Re-read that,- It sounds like you are telling them stuff they have never heard before -I pray that they will want to know all about this Jesus whom you serve "...May we know what this new teaching is which you are proclaiming? For you are bringing some strange things to our ears; so we want to know what these things mean." vs19"
The 'something they think might be there' (vs 23-28) is the LORD Jesus Christ you proclaim to them!!!
In vs 32, "some began to sneer, but others said, 'We shall hear you again concerning this."
--Some may sneer, but others will want to hear...may God guide you to those who want to hear!!!
Love ya, Mom
Hey Chris - keep up the good work son . We love you. It is not in vain !! Can't wait to hear all the details. Love, Dad
